FORMOSA - A dusting of snow added to the charm of this year's Formosa Country Christmas, Nov. 30-Dec. 3. The largest Christmas light show in the area, with over five kilometres of exhibits and displays, had something for everyone. And good weather brought the crowds, eager to take in the enchantment of the prettiest village…

It was a successful kickoff for the Formosa Country Christmas. Running until December 4 th daily from 5-9pm a Christmas Lights Display is now own with a large Nativity Scene, Exhibits, Displays and more.. Admission for the light tour is my donation with proceeds going back to support various local causes in the community.

FORMOSA - The revamped Formosa Recreation Complex is getting closer to finished every day. The opening was celebrated on Oct. 15, with thank-yous passed out to NWMO for their generous donation of over $700,000, and to Britespan for keeping the project on schedule, allowing it to be ready for the Formosa Homecoming.

The date has been set for the return of the popular Formosa Country Christmas event. The largest Christmas light show in the area runs over 4 nights from November 30 th to December 3 rd.. Visitors can explore more than 5 km of lights, exhibits, displays and more from 5 to 9 pm.

Formosa Country Christmas (FCC) will again be a drive-thru event only with a fourth evening of viewing added because of the overwhelming crowd last year. The four-day event will run Dec. 2-5, beginning at 5 p.m. each day. Be prepared to see all kinds of new lighted displays throughout the village.
